Itinerary
Arrival in Tavascan
Description: Arrival in Tavascan and check-in at Hotel Estanys Blaus. Time to rest and acclimatize to the surroundings.
Accommodation: Hotel Estanys Blaus.
Meals: Dinner (D).
Mariola Lake
Description: Easy hike to Lake Mariola. Gentle trekking through alpine forests and meadows to reach a beautiful mountain lake.
Route: Tavascan - Lake Mariola.
Distance: 8 km (round trip).
Elevation: +400 m / -400 m.
Difficulty: Easy.
Duration: 4 hours.
Accommodation: Hotel Estanys Blaus.
Meals: Breakfast (B), picnic (LB), dinner (D).
Highlights: Graus huts, Certascan Lake, and Pyrenean ridges.
Romedos Lakes
Description: Moderate ascent to the Romedos Lakes, a group of high-altitude lakes surrounded by spectacular landscapes. The route passes through alpine meadows and more demanding mountain paths.
Route: Tavascan - Romedos Lakes.
Distance: 10 km (round trip).
Elevation: +700 m / -700 m.
Difficulty: Medium.
Duration: 5-6 hours.

Ventolau Peak
Description: Challenging ascent to Ventolau Peak, with stunning views of the Pyrenees. The route follows steep mountain trails and rocky paths.
Route: Tavascan - La Pleta del Prat - Ventolau Peak (2,883 m).
Distance: 14 km (round trip).
Elevation: +1,200 m / -1,200 m.
Difficulty: High.
Duration: 7-8 hours.

Certascan Peak
Description: Very demanding route leading to the ascent of Certascan Peak. This day is a test of endurance, with spectacular panoramas of the surroundings and rugged terrain.
Route: Tavascan - Bordes de Graus - Certascan Peak (2,852 m).
Distance: 14 km (round trip).
Elevation: +1,400 m / -1,400 m.
Difficulty: Very high.
Duration: 9-10 hours.

Tavascan - Departure
Description: Day dedicated to packing and returning to the starting point.
Meals: Breakfast (B).
